My career advancement

May30

I have been lucky enough to have been exposed to many development and production environments throughout my career as a software developer. I have also been able to play a role in both application development as well as network administration.

Experts Exchange

August18

Most people play videos, while I tend to “play” computers instead. I joined a web community called Experts Exchange to learn and help others out with computer technologies. I have been a member for about two months now and have found it to be very enjoyable.

It costs $12.95/month, unless you get 10,000 points and then maintain 3,000 points per month after that. You can get your first week free as a trial date and was able to get the 10,000 points in that time frame. Each question is worth 50 to 500 points and there are tons of question categories to choose from. I have tried to branch out from the categories that I am knowledgeable with and struggled to answer any of the questions so I have been sticking with the sections that are most familiar to me. I guess that is probably the point!
